Electrostatic fume purifiers utilize a high-voltage electrostatic field to efficiently separate oil fume particles, achieving a purification rate of over 90%. The working principle of electrostatic fume purifiers involves using a high-voltage electrostatic field to charge particles and oil contaminants in the exhaust fumes. Under the influence of the electric field force, the charged particles and contaminants move toward the dust collection plates and deposit, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. The specific process is as follows:

1. Pre-treatment: The fume is drawn into the electrostatic purifier by a fan, where larger oil droplets, grease, and particles are captured on the flow distribution plates through mechanical collision and retention. The flow distribution plates also equalize and reduce the gas velocity, ensuring uniform and balanced entry into the electric field for optimal processing efficiency.

2. Ionization and Charging: When the airflow enters the high-voltage electrostatic field, the fume gas is ionized under the influence of the high-voltage field, and the oil mist becomes charged, with most of it being degraded and carbonized.

3. Dust Collection and Separation: A small portion of fine oil particles moves toward the positive and negative plates of the electric field under the combined action of the electric field force and airflow, collecting on the plates. Under the influence of gravity, the collected oil flows into the oil collection tray and is discharged through the oil drainage channel. The remaining micron-sized oil mist is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by the electric field, ultimately releasing clean air.
